Intro to Pistol Shooting April 1st at 9am

This course offers hands-on training for basic knowledge necessary to safely operate, load, and shoot a semi-automatic pistol. This is a great first step in the right direction to understanding the modern pistol. This course is objective based and will last between 3-5 hours on the range with breaks in between. This will allow students enough opportunity to achieve the attitude and skills necessary for optimal success. The Intro to Pistol shooting course will prepare you to meet the qualifications for your states concealed carry course( This is NOT the CCW qualification course) . There will be a range fee of accepted on the day of the event(range fee price will be sent in conformation email.( This class is Non-refundable , in the event of an emergency Parallel Defense will issue a credit for future courses)This course will be located at YOLO sportsman association in Davis

Firearm/shooting safety

Handgun nomenclature and round familiarity

Fundamentals of pistol shooting

Identifying pistol stoppages and breaks

Basic pistol draw

Firearm Storage

Gear List:
